This is our favorite place to do a bit of shopping and it is located next to our Union Square Hotel! Union Square is a huge 2.6-acre complex bordered by Stockton Street, Geary, Powell and Post Street. Union Square is the popular hub of all great shopping in San Francisco with a selection of standalone shops, boutiques and salons including; Abercrombie & Fitch, Aldo, Nespresso, Bottega Veneta, Nike, as well as restaurants like; Daily Grill, Cako Bakery, Amber India, Cheesecake Factory and more.

Union Square is also home to the massive mall, San Francisco Centre which is 9 stories of 170 fantastic shops including, Sax Fifth Avenue, Gucci, Burberry, Rolex, Coach, Express and more including entertainment venues and restaurants.

Embarcadero Center

Who’s up for some waterfront shopping?  Be sure to plan on exploring the Embarcadero Center which is an open-air mixed-use complex of 5 office towers, and underground shopping center with over 125 stores, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Retailers include Ann Taylor, bluemercury, Bridal Galleria, Gap, Loft, Sephora and more. When it’s time for a break for coffee or a meal, Embarcadero Center offers several tasty options, including; 5th Avenue Deli, Blue Hawaii, Breaking Bread, Peet's Coffee, Osha Thai Restaurant, See's Candies, Sushi Kinta and more. During winter months shoppers can enjoy skating on the outdoor Ice-Skating Rink.
