The 38th annual Carnaval is a San Francisco Event that celebrates Latin culture through performances, music, dance, food, and much more!

About Carnaval:
This 2-day festival has been a staple in the City since it debuted in 1978. The San Francisco Event was an instant success, and it has remained a can’t-miss event among locals and guests at nearby San Francisco Hotels.

Attendees will enjoy fabulous music, impressive dance and other cultural performances. Carnaval is a celebration of Latin and Caribbean culture, and this is reflected in both the entertainment and the amazing, authentic food that is available throughout the festival.

The Grand Parade is one highlight of the San Francisco Event. The parade, which begins at 24th Street and Bryant Street, boasts floats as well as performers from around the world. Some of this year’s participants are African drummers, Jamaican dance groups, Aztec performers, and many others. You’ll get a glimpse of several cultures just from watching the Grand Parade.

Many attendees will come from out of town, and Hotel Union Square is an ideal choice for those looking for a San Francisco Hotel.  Our location is right in the heart of the City’s Shopping District, and we are near top San Francisco Events, Dining, and Attractions.
